The Oxford Science Park sponsors the OXBA Innovation Award for the fifth year

Oxford, UK, 13 January 2020 – Oxfordshire companies which are progressing valuable innovations can apply now for The Oxford Science Park Innovation Award, one of 2020’s Oxfordshire Business Awards (OXBA). The Oxford Science Park, one of the UK’s leading parks for science and technology companies, is pleased to be sponsoring the award for the fifth year. In the winning entry, its judges are looking for the development and/or introduction within the last three years of an innovative product, process, service or business method which has had a real commercial, environmental or social impact. Oxfordshire companies of any size and from any sector are encouraged to apply, with a deadline for applications of March 131. Under The Oxford Science Park sponsorship of the Innovation Award, the winners have been Oxford Space Systems, Perspectum Diagnostics, Adaptix and Oxford Biomedica, all of which continue to flourish.
Entrants are encouraged to discuss how open innovation and collaboration may have been relevant to their success, and to show a plan for continued implementation and development of the product or service. Winners will be announced at the Oxfordshire Business Awards 2020 dinner on June 12. This is the 26th year of the Oxfordshire Business Awards, which were established to have a positive impact on the county’s business community and promote excellence across all sectors.

The Oxford Science Park is owned and managed by Magdalen College, Oxford. Created in 1991, the Park upholds the College’s heritage and provides one of the most influential Science & Technology environments in the UK.
