The Bellhouse Building is the most recent extension to the Magdalen Centre and was completed in 2020. It provides flexible laboratory accomodation with best-in-class facilities and shared laboratories. The building provides three storey accommodation with rectangular floor plates capable of CL2 lab use to all areas.

The building is named after Professor Brian Bellhouse, a Fellow of Magdalen College who based one of his companies at The Oxford Science Park in the early 1990s.
