Julien brings 22 years’ catering experience to ensure that the Park’s food and beverage provision is exceptional.

Julien is responsible for the Sadler Building’s fully licenced bar, brasseries, restaurant and a ‘Grab and Go’ kiosk; plus Café Magdalen’s Barista coffee, hot drinks, sandwiches and snack provisions, and full lunchtime menu. He runs a fantastic on-site team from chefs to waiting staff that all share his passion for food, drink and people.

He is also responsible for the many events and weddings held at the Sadler Building.

Julien started his career as a classically trained chef specialising in patisserie, and went on to complete a degree in Hotel Business Management.
